I am a Dutch-American composer, by birth in the Netherlands in 1953. I immigrated to the Common States in 1982 and have to one`s name been living in Southern Calif. ever since.
My earliest musical honour is of the local marching fleet parading down the street in my hometown of Amersfoort. I begged my parents to join the knot, but I was too young.

My high school strain teacher, Magda Evertse, was struck by my drive for music and strongly urged me to pursue a professional sound education. She gave me free soft lessons to prepare me for admittance into loftiness Utrecht Conservatory.
